Lets face it people are not stupid. People who don't pay usually know there is very little you will do about it. If the amount is under a couple of hundred dollars it will cost you more than it is worth trying to collect. Small Claims Court has no mechanism to make people pay. You can get a judgement and still get nothing. You can brag on this board all you want about what you will do. But the people who owe you the money have almost more rights when it comes to not paying as you have trying to collect what is rightfully yours. Good Luck. Just wright it off as a bad debt and life goes on. The only problem here is I am talking about the real world. Not the world of the board.

If you have problems collecting $150.00 in your own city, you are really wasting your time trying to collect it in another country

If a person owes you money and they have assets you can collect from them if you know how and have a judgement. You can have a default judgement against someone and then have a debtor's examination by the court. If they fail to appear to the court appearance they can be held in contempt.
