great advise doug, thanks. i have been watchin and have seen alot of ur post....we have alot of the same beliefs.....even though i dont have as many yrs exp. or the numer of certifications u do....but this is what i love to do.........oh... my aching back....danggg knees r killin me.....

No one believes me when I do give advice? I guess the fact I don't push 50 gallons of chemicals to try and get results it can't be good info? sometimes the most cost efficient way to solve a problem is to R&R.PERIOD!
