 2hours is a very large window. Here it would be unacceptable.

We try to find out what is ok with the customer.  Mostly its a one hour window.  I will call and ask if I can get in early, if I'm done before that.  If I'm running towards the tail end of the window I will call and tell them.

no two hour window is the normal here.....  everyone I've ever worked for does 2 hour windows.
