Don't you just hate when you get the call from that customer you can't stand doing??? I don't care if she reads this... Ms. _______ I hate doing your work! I got that call....I've sent my brother...she doesn't want him... I sent his helper... she doesn't want him...I've sent a friend.. she doesn't want him either. she wants me and me alone to clean her NASTY CARPETS! what the hell did I do to this lady....she has capture my cell phone number and calls me directly now...I feel I'm being stocked. I'm cleaning her house tommorrow... a 1 hour job is most likely to take ALL DAMN DAY! the only escape is to clean the damn thing and get it over with.. does anyone have suggestions??? |

hell no! she wouldn't allow that I've had two rain delays.. Her appointment is at 10 am this morning she won't clean if it's raining... I just called her so I'm praying for rain...lol |

Ain't it great to be loved. The ones I hate are the lowballers who stand over your shoulder to make sure you are doing it right. They want to pay you a dime but cost you a dollar. You know, the ones that while you are estimating say, "Oh, you don't have to do this or that." But once the truck is turned on. "Can you do this? Can you do that?"
