Follow the directions well. This is definitely heavy duty chemicals.
Remember when glutes were the rage? Then they discovered they were extremely dangerous. And we were using Milgo as deo!!
These chems demand respect in their application.

Don't worry about MicroBan............packaged to be safe for residential & commercial applications..........those who have no chemistry background get scared of chewing gum........Microban is all around you......everywhere you go..including your carpets................surely outweighs the bacteria that is lurking around every corner

Benefect is like a Mouthwash compared as to the effectiveness of Microban,don't get fooled by the bad hype people place on MicroBan to boost sales of alternative copycat poor quality products..
