The highest i've heard around my hood is .20sft.. Why? you ask.. Well when you have over 300 cleaners in my service area  people shop around and most for ..... you guessed it >>>  The main motivator >>> PRICE ! ! Dead

I am charging $85.00 to $95.00 for an average lvrm and hall , $25.00 for a bdrm traffic area and 0.25 - 0.30 a sq ft when I need to charge that, and believe it or not I am not the most expensive cleaner in town!!!

I don't think we could get away with that even if we vac'd first moved,  padded all furniture, placed an air move to help it dry, and then groomed after...lol

I live in Brandon Manitoba city of about 50,000 people. I charge that and get away with it most times because I have been doing this for 12 Years now , I use a brand new Prochem Peak and really good cleaning products, plus I am the ONLY one in town that cleans with soft water!!
