I thought that Chemspec was always owned and controlled by Chemspec USA?

Hunnisett was a licensee for Canada to produce Chemspec products, Chemspec USA has bought the assets of Hunnisett and will continue to operate in Canada.

They will no longer be at wicksteed ave. They will be making all the products in the states and then shipping it to warehouse in Woodbridge to a company called Dryvit. I know as I was a employee of Jim's for 19 years and were being shown the door as of the end of Feb.

Yes, me too. I guess they figured that Jim was the biggest asset in the company and it was time for a change? He left big shoes to fill that is for sure.
