Steamer we all lose accounts from time to time for various reasons, some for cheaper prices, some may opt to clean their own carpets, however, there is a ton of work available for those who wish to go looking for it, I do know that those who choose to clean their own carpets seldom ever save money, nor do they receive the additional advantage of properly cleaned carpets lasting much longer than those that are improperly maintained, I don't sell carpet cleaning to commercial accounts, I sell investment protection for their floorcoverings, and if our program can extend the life of product by 5 years or more I have saved my account a ton of money and that is one thing most accounts understand. Most can not achieve that with their own staff doing the cleaning. As for the battle of wits thing don't work with this post as you do make a good point, and that is something we face all the time, thank God you are not in Janitorial Services because that is much more likely that a account could get totally fedup with that service and decide to clean their own building.

As far as the Cimex cleaning I still only call it interium maintenance procedure and that extraction cleaning forms a part of the overall carpet care program
