Right now i'm going to go with , the bridgepoint system. If I can build it up I am going to go full force. What would you say I can charge to do woodfloor maintnace(Bridgepoint system) .50-$1.00 a square foot?

John is correct. Maintenance does NOT pay as well as complete refinishing of floors pays, but then again it does not require the same skill or experience either. We do maintenance only(Bridgepoint system) and find it a good fit for carpet cleaning. If you grow the business large enough, you can grow it to complete refinishing later.

Kenny would adding wood floor cleaning to your service be a good finacial decision. Do people have their wood floors polished/ cleaned? I do not want to get into sanding the wood floors just some maintnace.

This is a good machine as well, but not quite as good a value as the Rotovac 360 is IMO. They have the fastest drying machine here, but choose to use cheap nylon glides on it.

Thanks Kenny

$1.00/sq ft is not hard to get and is very profitable as well.

The Titanium wands are the best designed wands in our industry currently. They have both a cast head design and larger tubing that allows them to handle air flow more efficiently than any other wands currently produced. They will be the best wands to buy for those that want premium performance from their equipment. Single jet wands I don't like because of the large heat loss suffered wheh 1 jet has to be mounted high enough to cover 12" of wandhead width.
