Steamer: That distributor does not have my lips. Besides, the lips I sent you were for a 12" wand, not a 14" wand. They are entirely different design than the ones you need for a 14" wand like you got.

They are still not the right glides for your wands. You need the Superlip glides. I sent you Ultralips.
