What are we all doing up at this hour on a Friday night? I need to think about
getting ..... a life . Up at 1AM on a Friday night trading barbs with a bunch of yahoos that also have nothing better going on a Friday Night at 1 AM. At least NR used to share some bouncing beauties before they censored it, just to keep me awake. Or wasn't that you NR . |

NR thats was the best post you've put up all damn year....
Not only are you making more money...but you are improving your market share. As long as the service is good you can raise your prices at any time.

Are you saying cost ( expense ) is not a consideration in coming up with what you charge?
If I were 25 % less than all of my competitors, That would mean to me that I am leaving at least 20% of this money on the table that I could have had. Even in competitive situations I would never want to be leaving that much on the table. But I yield to you. if you know how to keep your expenses in check and maintain a good profit and still sell for 25% below the competition..... .... my hat is off to you , you are a good business man, too good to be wasting your time with us morons. ( just kidding ) enjoy your posts. |

Figure out which company has the largest expenses in this scenario
and things change quickly. (Smoke and mirrors) scenario one has many more headaches, more chemicals, more labor and replacement of equipment. What rational person is not going to see through this. Do you advertise your menu items 15% cheaper than everyone else? and try making it up in volume? Not a good business practice and definitely one that hurts this industry . We need to raise our prices and not look back . InMyOpinion |
