The cost of the truck running in the driveway with a PTO system is 1.25 gallons hour and 10litre/100km(22mpg)driving.

10 litre per 100 km seems low...do you have the stats...what make and model truck??? that must be highway driving...my wife doesn't get that with her honda mini vanLOL

Actually they are rated on the GM site. As a matter of fact got to the Transport Canada site and you will find that the Honda Odysey as fantastic a mini van as it is is one the very worst fuel ecomony minivans made anywhere. That's a suprise especially as it is a Honda one of the best vehicles made.

man even I get broken down sometimes and need to be towed.
 
woke up early only to find that one job cancelled in the morning.  I had booked 2 in oakville..2 in brampton..
 
earlier this week 1 brampton cancelled for next week. Now this....gggrrrrr
