incentives work well...
tell them not to go for the gard... the deo is where the money is at...sell at 50% here's the sure fire line.... "do you know what you need, that you didn't put on the order????" Customer "whats that" "you need to get this carpet deo-dis'd...you don't want the carpets to produce a smell after cleaning" works everytime |

I use odor out....like a meadow fresh scent...
sell gard at 100% and then give deo free... deo is the first step.....only sell gard after you have sold the deo.... the customer feels great...when they get the deo free |
