Chemicals

    Hi everyone.. could you give some advice on what chemicals you need and ones to avoid? I am just starting out and chemical supplier I am dealing with is trying to sell me every under the sun and I am wondering if this is just bogus. An example is a stain remover kit for 280.00 and other chemicals totaling another 300.00. The brand of chemical is esteem.
Also what are your views on the training courses that run 300.00 a pop.

    IMO stay away from esteam, as far as I am concerned if you try one of the big 3 (Prochem,Chemspec or Bridgepoint) you wont go wrong.

    I used bridgepoint for a long time....GREAT products..they have the best uphol. prespray out there.

    I used the Powder enzyme prespray was a great prespray.

I'd appreciate any recommendations for pre-spray for carpets covered with general dirt, walked in mostly from parking lots, like you'd typically see in retail stores. The carpet I have to deal with is really filthy.
