well i went to the course and took the exam, and yes the whole thing is in multi choice but i still mananaged to mess up a few answers, now i just sit and wait to find out if i got my cert....then going to call up service master and see if they are hiring part timers

The instructor was good (James Lee Center) knew alot of stuff about carpets and cleaning them, its a good course but you really need to pay attention its only a 2 day course and the reading material is at least an inch and a half thick...pretty intimidating when u first see it. Oh the cert is for myself eventually i want to start my own comp looking for the part time for some experience and then to make the decision to work for others or start my own company....whats the going rate for part timers working for big name co.'s
