COULD MAYBE YOUR CHEMICAL JUG WAS DRY OR THE HOSE WAS ABOVE THE CHEMICAL IN THE JUG THEN THE DIAPHRAM WAS DAMAGED IN THE PUMP IF YOUR UNIT HAS ONE.

Doug hit it on the head the 421 has 2 orifaces that need to be cleaned regularly, 2 brass nuts on front of machine, remove 1 at a time make sure they are clean a good waterflow is present, if we run into a flow or heat problem 99% of the time it is a blocked oriface. We have 2 of these units and it is important to keep the orifaces clean

Thanks to all, i found the problem it was a stuck check valve inline from the primary and secondary filters just prior to the high pressure outlet for hooking up the pressure hose. Thanks again for all the help and suggestions, this is what great forums like this are for. off to work i go. Ezebill
