It helps sales to pretend you know what you're talking about. Hopefully (1) you actaully have something to sell (i.e., a machine with 660cfm & 590" of waterlift) and (2) the customer doesn't figure out that you're full of crap. If (2), then they'll never trust you again, even when you tell the truth (which in Kenny's case depends upon the direction the wind is blowing).
