i'm looking to start a carpet cleaning business. i really don't have the money to buy all the expensive equiptment. i am looking into grant options and or sba loans. has anyone here done this? what do you think would be my best option? also i own a home but i really don't want to take out a home equity and get myself in further debt. please give me your feedback.

I'm not from the states, but one thing I do know... NEVER risk your primary dwelling with your business...lol If your getting a loan get something with a revolving line... so you only pay interest on what you use every 30 days. The trick is keep the cash flowing |

Ripley, we use a company called C and J Leasing to have customers buy equipment, two years of low payments and then $1.00 to purchase.
