I get $900.00 for two rooms, maximum 200 sq ft. I get $680.00 for a synthetic sofa. I'm so rich I don't need to work, but I do cause it just makes me richer

I have been charging about 25cents per sq.  Should I charge more?

My best advice to you would be grab as much as you can, do a decent job, pay your expenses, and take your wife or girlfriend out with the rest, or pay some bills. Times can be tough in this business, just remember the winter months and pretend they exist all year round. I bet if you were walking down the street and saw a dollar there, you would bend down and pick it up and be happy you found it.
