earlier today did... 4rms, hall, & steps =$125 she added steps down to the rec.rm so $20 then the rec. rm 300sft for $36 .12centssft total $181.00 she thought i was too HIGH on Price..... What you all think........????? too low...???? After all that she did ask how long to dry...I told her very fast and she liked that........... |

Too high compared to what, her $5.00 cup of coffee at Star*****? I think she got a deal. I don't know what the going rate is there but its way above .12/sqft here. My vote is too low. |
