I'm just lurking around, too busy to post the past few days.........The restaurant business is very demanding, something always breaks and everything always needs cleaning........There was a bad write up about my restaurant in the Saturday's French most popular newpaper ( Journal de Montreal on page 12 ) The restaurant was fined $ 4000.00 for unclean premises last April 2005. They decide to put it into the paper only now 8 months later after I bought it only 3 months ago. Funny thing is, it was still packed tonight. Served over 900 buffets.
