It looks like a Sandia Plastics machine.  Weather its good or not depends on what your application will be and if this particular machine has those features.  Sandia Plastics is the company that makes the machine but many have rebadged it, such as Bridgepoint (ie Olympus), PROLINE, and  possibly others.   They look nice anyway.

You are absolutely right, this is a Sandia machine. Problem is they build most of them too-close or over the electrical availability to work properly in Canada. They become annoying fuse blowers.
 
Also too large a unit for one person to manage loading and unloading from smaller vehicles. We have to take them apart and downsize the vacuums for people who have gone to the states to save a dollar. Turns out the final repaired cost is usually much more than purchasing the proper CSA approved unit in the first place.
