Whenh we get to a job we tell the client what will , may ,and won't come out. If we say it will and it dont or if we say it will and it does but comes back, and then we cant get it out , its free. We build our business repeats and we block out PIA's. If they are unreasonable they can only game us once, then we wont service them in the future. If we are wrong and cant get something clean that we say we can, we offer a refund
