Mr. Steamer has had it rough lately....

I don't know how anyone can run a business with only one cleaning unit....

Having one truck or portable is a pain in the ass if it breaks down...what do you tell your customers????

Even if there is only one of me right now to do all the cleaning.....I still want to have 2 trucks available for use just in case I break down..

How do you one unit operations handle it???Confused

After my first year in business I always had a back up, first a portable and by my third year a backup truckmount. It used to bother me at first having all that extra equipment and not being used, however it always came in handy when I was in a pinch. After a while that second truckmount became a fulltime unit and I was back to were I started not having a backup. It's just a part of doing business. Big smile
Could somebody just clean my carpets!

Look into butler.... Parts orders UPS Blue labeled overnight from the factory to my door by 10 AM next day. across The US. Average time to make a repair in the last 20 years with a Butler has been less than 1 hour.

They are made by section, each section having a quick connect at the end of it, They send you the assembly from quick connect to quick connect.
You receive a rebuilt part when available, and send your bad part back to them later for a credit , they charge you for the repair only. It is a great system when you need it but you seldom have down time seriously.

Delivery of parts is great in the USA just as you say, but it does not go as quickly to Canada. Now that Butler is opening a branch on the Canadian side in Ottawa, that my change. Ralph Gerhard is running it for them I understand. He used to run the store for Cleanco before.
Inventor of the Teflon Wand Glide and the Turboteck Rotary Air Duct Cleaners for TMs.

Cleanco may be garbage, Butler is not!

They are totally different items, why are you comparing them as similiar or equal. ???? Just wondering.
