Having worked on the Coast Guard Auxillary and seen up close a few different fatalities the thing that I got to say is that what you will see and what you will smell you will never forget. If you have mild sensibilities to your emotions or have any issues regarding stress or a weak stomach let someone else make the money. Seeing even a few pictures on that website brings back memories I would rather forget but can't.

It's not for everyone, definitely a mindset. The graphics and the odours leave a lasting impression, but the end result is very rewarding.
I have some pics that most people would find disgusting. Unfortunately, some people don't appreciate you showing up with a camera to take pictures of the mess, and I can't say that I blame them

I used to do alot of these. One of the worst ones I did was a guy shot himself they were dutch anf the family thought they had to pay so left it after they took the body away. Then they found insurance would cover this. when you went into the bedroom the ceiling looked it had hundreds of furry spiders on the ceiling. It was parts of his scalp with tthe hair attached. What they left was just growing whene they left it? I found the worst part of the job here being in a small area was knowing some of the people either directly or indirectly that I had to deal with. Living or dead?
