I find that I never have enough mornings to go around...Most of the calls I book want mornings.....I'm booked for the next 2 weeks 9 and 10 am appointments all mornings...not one in the afternoon

What was the worst condition(s) you have ever incurred in the AM when trying to service a customer? I could just imagine some of those Canadian snow storms!!!

We usually have extra on board, coiled up. It's the last to freeze

Hammy;

Your "Bathtub" comment brought back memories.

I remember having 50' sections of vacuum hoses with internal psi hoses installed. Well it was winter and the internal hose froze up. Used the customers bath tub; had all this vacuum hose fill up with water.............what a frigg'in mess!

Never again.

I have never froze hoses.....
 
I use to do a lot of rural homes....I hate getting there in the morning after a snow fall and the driveway isn't done....
 
Then they expect you to drive your truck up 150 to 200 feet of snowy drive way........
 
HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
One time my truck went down in a ditch because I had no idea where to drive
