Do a line by line breakdown of the services you provided as in

Emergency service call.................$xxx
Water extraction xxx sq ft @ .xx sqft..$xxx
Etc, etc, etc

Or you can get a program like xactimate or Best 7.5 and let them do it for you

If your estimate is not itemized they will jerk you around. What are you charging for O/P?? I think in the states they only pay O/P on subs. I think some don't pay it for emergency services either? Do you have the insurance to even be doing the work??

I think in most states you need mold insurance to do water damage a Polution Libiality Clause included? probably cost you about $8 to $10 grand depending what previous qualifications, certifications and experience you have?

Have you checked the price of xactimate? Wayyy too much unless your doing a volume of restoration work, it is a nice program, but you can duplicate most of the breakdown using "xcel" or "ms projects",  make sure you have all your square footages and your prices are precise, most adjusters will accept it, in fact most customers love it when you can give them a comprehensive work schedule.(ms projects)
Cheers!
