I guess all janitorial companies will be sending one employee to an IICRC CC so they can become a certified firm so they can tender. what about the hard surfaces what good is a certified carpet cleaning company for them? The person who wrote the tender form probably has no idea what any of this means?

The funny part is the $30,000 deposit to do non profit work. Our city does the same thing and they are having problems getting companies to bid against the lowballers. Serves the idiots right

I do private classes to janitorial firms just so they can bid for these jobs.
The $30k is actually a low figure for many of these types of bids.

So Lee are you also assisting with the writing of the tender forms so your private classes give these firms an advantage?

Yeah sure.
Not the conspiracy theory.
A couple of janitorial firms hire me to teach their entire staff, and I'm the bad guy.
