The average normal temperature of body skin is 94 Degrees F............... the top layer of skin will freeze at 23 degrees F ( Frostbite )

Anything lower than 0 degrees F doesn't really matter, -35 C is equal to -31 F...........-22 is equal to -8 F.................So you'll freeze to death 2.30 minutes faster in Manitoba

Like Steamer said...........COLD is COLD, it doesn't matter.

I was in Winnipeg the end of February and it was 41 below with the wind chill. Cold maybe cold but I had never felt that kind of pain waiting for my rental car.  If I'm going to freeze to death I would rather go slow and fall to sleep than to freeze in intolerable pain. Why would any one want to live in that god forsaken city is beyond me. Glad to be a Torontonian Tongue
