Why do so many cleaners have problems cleaning olefin? It likes oils so add citrus or a degreaser to your prespray..
 
Whoever you are.. If you cant clean a nasty olefin your a rookie..!!LOL

I think it is to give it a better hand so it doesn't feel like fiberglass. Sort of bulk it up somewhat.Then again I could be mistaken?
