How to Disinfect a House

   I had a customer call this morning asking that his customer rented his house out for a month to a couple that did drugs including the use of needles. 
His customer is very paranoid and wants his house disinfected. Walls, carpet, furniture the works. How would you go about doing this. I know you can wash everything but is this disinfected guarantee or is there a faster method
