Im out of Fort Wayne, IN. 2000sq ft of commercial grade carpet water extraction, moved about 25 tables and 100 chairs, took about 3 hours and 3 fans left over night on a sunday morning 730am. Day two moved all furniture, steam cleaned all carpet with heavy degreaser from fryer grease, and sprayed mold, mildew, and deoderizer with 2 fans. Day 3, 30 booths, removed seats, steam cleaned, mildew, mold and deoderizer treatment, 13 large floor mats front and back covered in fryer grease, and traffic areas again because of grease carried from kitchen servers. Day 4 all tile 1500 sq ft covered in grease, moving 10 steel commercial resturant tables, fryers, grills, etc. from fryer over flow from the cause (broken sprinkler system). Anybody have suggestion on how much to charge for this being it will be turned into insurance. Also is there a website to purchase bluebook? Thanks
