I have a client who has asked me to clean a 1200 sq foot apt which has 2 full baths. He has asked me to detail clean with the entire apartment to include stove, fridge, tops of cabinets , all glass inside. Basically everything except carpet which is new. The job takes approx 7-8 man hours to meet his standards. I don't do that many jobs like this and I am struggling to make the $ I would like to on this job as compared to carpet cleaning which brings more $.
Does anyone have experience with this and know what is the going rate for general cleaning either by the hour/ or sq feet for an apartment??? much appreciated-

This is not custodial cleaning but domestic cleaning which is priced much higher. Make sure you have good insurance for when you break something as I have found that anything that breaks is a family heirloom??
