firstly you give something like 50 % off a 3 roomer and then you split the 50 % so all in all you get something like 25 %. Anything above and beyond you keep!
You better sell your  off.This is something like phirana or gorilla style marketing approach, except you have a middle man. This middle man does balls to the wall advertising. Try it never say never.  |

yeah i think ill go for it.. its sound good the guy before me sold to like 500 people thats crazy hu big money... and if you know how to up sell..thats really good
