With the Economy the way it is you might want to think smaller.
Get a high powered porty save the rest for family emergencies.
You never know with these draconian politicians when the Hits the fan
You will need survival stuff not a TM.

Consider buying used, i know in my area there are great deals all over the place.
Some come with van and everything you might need.
Lots of guys gettinh out of the industry.

I agree with John.

Unless you are already a well established business with great cash flow I could not recommend buying a new TM at this time because this economy is about to turn very nasty, very soon. It is a Depression we are entering, not a Recession.

The smart thing to do if you are in your first few years in the business is to invest in a powerful ETM or portable system in the $3 to 5K range for new. If you must have a gas driven unit, wait a little longer and buy a good used unit with under 1000 hours on it from all the guys that are going to be closing down this winter. And there will be alot of them.Wink

Go previously owned before a high powered porty. Couldn't imagine this business day in and day out with a porty. I own a blueline but would suggest a hydramaster or prochem.

What did you get nathan? You might want to stay away from the SS barn (the 454) read alot of breakdowns on that particular one on MB.
As stated above alot of nice used units with the bugs out ck fluids, start and clean.Stern Smile
