I've got 2 sisters with that problem. It seems to be a gene that hits female family members. I get some form of exercise every day and as a rule eat fairly well,IE breakfast- oatmeal and egg whites, weight training, and a ten mile bike ride later on. I've slacked a bit over the holidays and popped on a few pounds because of my chocolate addiction, but full bore ahead now. I want to be doing 300 pound bench presses again by spring.

Better than the shape of an apple, Willy. The fat on the belly is what will kill you, because most that have that shape will get diabetes.

Then you were out of shape at 30 Ken, you would have to work out or at least WORK to be in shape, and you are NOT in shape... Now you will have to manipulate another picture....

Now WIlly is in shape, and you can even believe him when he says something, hummm, how refreshing.

Willy, you are so right. I may be over 50 years old, but I still think like when I was in my thirties, and my body is still as strong as my twenties.
