I have a namco with a 20 hp motot. If I bypass the heater would it do any damage to any other parts if I used as a presure washer. Thank you David

No, but it would not be effective. TM's will only supply a couple of gallons per minutes for flow due to the small retrictive fittings used internally. Pressure washers usually have 1/2" to 3/4" internal plumbing that flows a minimum of 10 gpm. This works much better.

My truckmount has 4000 psi @ 5.5 gallons/minute and is great for pressure washing

Not many out there like yours Jack. Most unfortunatly will not go higher than about 1000 psi @2-3 gpm. And forget about the heat at those levels. But I knew that YOUR machine would be different. Like me, you believe in high performance or forgetaboutit.

Hi Nightrider, Babs here from Australia, I was curious as to what truck mount you have thats pumping out those figures.
My backround : Im new to the industry been trading for about 12 months now, and have been using a portable though I have started looking around at TMs. Thestats on your machine WOW where do I get it?
The best thing on offer here is a Steamway 4100 LX.
Your thoughts and other formites thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks from Aus,
Babs.

Hi Babs, My truckmount is an older model which I purchased from Ted @ KleenKuip, I had the pump changed for a General 5000 psi and run it no higher than 4000 even on a constant 5 hour run of high pressure cleaning. The unit itself is a STEAM ACTION with a split transmission similar to a flat bed tow truck.....the vacuum is a Roots Blower 6.8 The interior is all stainless steel including a 225 gallon waste tank and a 200 gallon fresh tank. If you would like a newer model go to SteamAction.com

EmpireMike, that's the problem with 99% of all truckmounts out there..............they're all just big portables ..........not many with real power , just over priced junk waiting their turn to the scrap yard
