Well we sell the Urine-Off...not the cheap stuff on TV but this stuff is guarenteed. It has never came back to us, put it that way. We dont clean carpet but all of our customers do and they use it as an UPSELL for there customers. Give me a call (800) 300-7188 Dennis

I should mention though that our best results happen when we use a lot of acid rinse on the spot, extract that, and then spray the odorcide down. You'll never hear me say that it's 100% effective either, but it's worked better than anything else we've used.

Found a local supplier and I tried it on a customer I thought I had lost years ago. She was ready to give me a try again . She is a rich Lady with no children except her 3 spoiled urinating dogs that can do no wrong.
7 rooms of fairly extensive urine spotting. Took over 3 extra hours to treat each room with OSR and use a water claw on, followed by a liberal spraying of odercide. She was VERY satisfied charged an additional 275.00 for the pet problems she gladly paid knowing not everyone can handle such circumstances. Point: charge for your specialty cleaning services, Their doctor , Lawyer or Dentist can not treat their urine contamination problem. YOU CAN |
