Hey guys thanks for all of the feedback for the floor buffing questions I have been asking. I did the job today 20,000 square feet of painted concrete with polyurethane on top of it. I used my pump sprayer and a neutral floor cleaner that I bought at jondon.com I used a red pad and man did it come out great! All of the scuff marks just melted away. They had some area rugs that I cleaned as well. I handed them a bill for $4677.70
That was the best 9 hours of my cleaning carrer. Thanks guys. John |

It was the woolworth building in manhatten nyc. I low bidded this job, because I never did something that big before. If I ever get a job like that in manhatten im going min .25 per square foot for a cleaning. I am still very happy with the pay though. It cost me $14 in neutral cleaner $200 for my worker ( my friend of 26 years) and one $150 parking ticket

Not bad rates. In my market if you bid over .12¢ you won't get the job with out a lot of ass kissing.
