OK, that makes me feel better, because I tried to get the head of the hotel to sign a contract and he told me "I'm not signing that, we don't sign contracts here." I almost walked but then thought, hold up let me ask the board first. You guys say that it's no big deal to have a contract then thats what I'm going with. -Thanks

Just make sure you get a signature/ authorization on your work order once job is scoped and before you start cleaning.

What does that mean?? Are you just saying to make sure that the work I do is approved first or do you mean to have someone actually sign paperwork first?

A signed work order before you start so that there is no question later about payment of your invoice, also your terms should be on the W.O.
