How do you other professionals determine which mentod is going to get your client the best results. What things do you consider in coming up with your conclusion? Do you know the limitations of each method or system you use or reccommend? What do you say when someone calls and asks, do you wet or dry clean and what is the difference? Inquiring minds need to know. Now don't be shy.

MONEY.... what ever the customer wants to spend.....some have dirty carpets but want the cheapest way....you advise them that it might not come as clean as if you did this....but they say "the money"
