It's detergent free cleaning. Here's something i copied and pasted from a UK site, there's a few different ones on the market over here. I'm suprised that none of you guys had heard of it. Dilutes 60:1 for maintenance cleans, 30 - 40:1 for restoration cleans. 15 - 30:1 for upholstery cleaning. 20 – 40:1 for bonnet cleaning. For best results, use as a pre-spray, then agitate using a pile brush or preferably a suitable contra-rotating brush or rotary machine (see below). Then extract with fresh water, or for better results Chemspec DFC 105. Also excellent for bonnet cleaning. |

Microsplitters are detergent-free - far from increasing detergent sales their benefits have actually reduced the sale of detergents to carpet cleaners. 'First generation' microsplitters are bases on sodium tripolyphosphate and are used as pre-conditioners, applied direct to the carpet, then rinsed with plain hot, warm or cold water. They are also much more cost-effective than detergent-based cleaners. Otherwise Ken is spot on |
