Cleanfax article

I read a very interesting article called the last word. One that John Downey always wrote every month in the Cleanfax magazine.

The February 2005 issue has been written by Ed Valentine of Cross- American an equipment manufacturer and sales organization.

The excerpt that I agreed with the most was "Don't necessarily make your purchase decision based on cost because this could be the eventual road to disaster".

There is a big difference between price and cost. Price is a one-time thing however cost is what you will pay for long after the sale is over.

Thanks Ed, that will be my new sales pitch of the month.

Thank you cleaner 1 , I was thinking of that quote and it just wouldn't come to me, I keep thing of the happiness of low price, bla bla bla didn't remember the rest......will have to put that on the back on my business card
