Is this a realistic scenario for a carpet cleaning business in a major market in a middle to upper income part of town? (USA) 50 jobs per month Average $175.00 per job Is it relistic? How much advertising would be required? What is the best form of advertising you have experienced? How long would it take a new business to acheive this level? Any help would be appreciated. |

it's realistic enough takes a couple years to build a good customer base IMO unless you have lots of money for advertising |

carpetdude as far as the best form of advertising i find yellow pages work very well, (for us anyway). you might consider sending letters to local real estate companies & apt. blds hotels motels etc. you may want to get a web page as well, and a marked van is a must. your van is a rolling billboard... thats a start, hope it helps.
