This is the story: 

GreenGlides: The above is correct....HOWEVER we are seeking to have this judgment rescinded on several issues. 

First, the judge on this case, Dale Kimball's law firm represented Harris Research before he became a judge. He has recused (removed himself) from all other cases regarding Harris Research in the past, but failed to in this case. Legally he should not have been allowed to hear or pass judgment on this case. 

Second, the court had granted my motion for delay, and had not specified a date by which response was required. However, they drafted this motion citing that we failed to respond in a timely manner. 

It will require us to a secure an attorney quickly to take action against it, but it is far from over in this corner. 

Ken Harris: 
The case against him still remains open and is not closed. There is no settlement. 

Mytee: This is the case to watch right now boys and girls. They met for a settlement conference on the 6th of this month and were unable to come to an agreement. A case management protocol has been filed. This case is being heard in California, which puts Harris Research at a distinct geographical disadvantage. They have attacked the Harris Research patents based on the claim of invalidity as well as non-infringement. 

SOOOOO.....It's all still up in the air despite what you may hear from Canada, or Utah for that matter. 

We DO need to get ourselves a good attorney quickly. We had an attorney previously but were forced to let her go due to financial constraints.
