The main local magazine in town last month had 31 pages to it and seven pages of them were carpet cleaning ads. They asked me for $3675 for one months advertising beside my competition. I DONT THINK SO!
The communism has set in here big time. You cant just leave your home and put out a flyer anymore or poke a sign in the ground to advertise your business. YOU WILL BE HARRASSED BY COPS! That leaves the local newspaper which costed me $120 last week and got no calls. My professional website advertising clicks on google got four calls last month of which those four appointments barely paid for the clicks alone on google. My professionally working over the property mangaement companies and real estate companies got me a goose egg, despite a nice well dressed speech, nice car, insurance, license and all that. They all say they are dead right now. My next attempt will be a voodoo dance in the street with a bottle of liquor and a whore. I am optomistic my carpet cleaning business will ta

Where are you located? How long in business? Do you have a commercial base to fall back on ? Just wondering. my have some ideas if I knew more about your circumstances...

Okay, since this topic won't die, can you at least start calling it fascism? You're describing fascism, not communism. If it were communism, there would be one listing for a carpet cleaner. It would have a catchy name like "State Carpet Cleaning," and the slogan would be "We clean the carpet when it needs it."
