Help Guys.
I have some oli based paint to remove from some commercial carpet. On the label of my paint remover it reads: "Use of Dry'N Wet Spotter should always be followed with an application of a volatile solvent. Well I do not have any "Dry Fabric Cleaner" SO, what the hell else can I use that I might have on me now. I can not get any dry fab cleaner before the new year. thanks |

splash it is always reccommended to use a VDS after using a NVDS just flush it more thourghly for now then when you get some VDS just apply it to the affected areas.

no I don't think so but I haven't used it for years. I use a citris solve from pro chem. if you could find an odourless paint thinner that would work as a followup for NVDS but the odour from it is the killer.

Dry 'N Wet Spotter from Chemspec has a deadly odor. They call it banana but I think that was just a bad joke.

Kleen Kuip is open today and tomorrow. Lots of VDS and dry solvent in stock. Although paint is broken up into two categories...oil paint and latex paint.
See the Motsenbocker's #4 and #5 for best results. P.S. Chemspec Dry & Wet spotter and Liquid Gel are not totally evaporative and will both leave a residue. |

It was oil base paint. The painter kicked over a full can then cleaned up what he could. THEN somebody used "fuel" to try to remove the paint. I didnt ask what "fuel" but I suspect he used gasoline! What a disaster it was/is. Already delaminated I believe
