John.........that is definitely the logical answer..........but some customers have no logic........so it would be best to clean it and say no more.

JaredW: I am beginning to think I am at A A. Just open up and let the sun shine in. Let it out and you will feel much stronger?? I've been dazed and confused for so long. |

The room isn't rubber no, but the voices just don't stop.
I run a commercial cleaning business and prospect for new business daily, so i see alot of strange people. As far as my posting habits...just trying to keep it interesting. I find the best way to get people to open up and talk about their experiences, is to ask indirect questions. |

It's not quite Commercial Glue Down Anymore. I went to a prospective
customer today, he was interested in my services and when i mentioned
the carpet cleaning, he dragged me into a room where the carpet is now
hard floor. He wants to pay to have it cleaned, but i'm not sure it's
carpet anymore. It probably was commercial glue down, about 20 years
ago, but now it looks like a dry spot on your lawn.
Should he just replace it? DUMB QUESTION I KNOW, but am i going to be able to clean something that has no fiber left? If so, will a wand work? Thought everyone would get a kick out of this, I'm pretty sure i'm just going to tell him to replace it. |
