Sort of like people who state how much they make a day???

I usually charge $ 2.00 sq. ft........but only get 10 cents......I think that's called the power of negotiation

Don don't go hurting their feelings???

I charge min 30 cents a square foot I average 37 cents a square foot. I charge 20 per room for carpet protector. Area rugs 1.00 square foot

Residential:

$.38 to $.78 per square foot which does not include stain removal, dyeing, protector or heavy furniture removal.  Strictly soil removal.  Minimum job regardless of size is $189.  We use GREEN chemicals only and promote the heck out of it.

Commercial:

It is not part of our business plan.  But we know the companies that do handle commercial do an excellent job for their clients.

The jobs we turn down are identified by the prospect's 2 leading questions:

1.  How much do you charge?
2.  When can you do it?

If price is more important to the potential buyer that the health of their children, pets and the environment then they do not meet our requirements to be a customer.
