I used the Chemstractor many years ago for apartment hallways. The marketing aspect worked well. People would not want shampoo because of residue but could not find it in their budget for extraction. So I met them half-way with a shampoo combo extraction.
It worked but was a frustration because it was a fuse blower.

I've seen mixed reviews about this machine. I was actually looking to purchase a used one for high rise office buildings.
